8 to 10 years of business operations expertise (prefer manufacturing/ IE) – need not be Oracle expert; BA, BSIE
Well- Versed in Business Best Practices and Benchmarks (APQC, etc.) – CPIM,CTL, CSCP certifications
Demonstrated Capability in Process Improvement
Takes Direction from the Oracle Council [ Line of Business Managers and IT Head]
Very analytical and technology savvy – can drive performance improvements through analytics – partnering with super Users and Business Analysts (applications features experts )
Funded by restructuring
Demonstrate knowledge of best business practices and software enabled re-engineering
Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and planning operations
Manage execution of complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functional areas (Coordinates Bas for this)
Set Overall process improvements objective
Create systems to track process performance
Set systems and procedures for continuous process improvement
Monitor tactical process changes in functional areas and track with respect to overall process improvement objective |
