| |
•Five (5) years experience managing IT projects: 2 years experience managing projects over $2M.
•Experience of managing large projects with multiple inter-dependent systems, development platforms and databases.
•Experience managing MS .NET software development projects, balancing stakeholder requirements with tight timelines.
•Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc).
•Agile or RUP Methodologies
•Proficiency with MS Office suite.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, coordination and influencing skills.
•Ability to foresee and resolve problems crossing departmental boundaries.
•Ability to constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders particularly with a view to raising issues and potential resolutions as early as possible.
•Ability to simplify complex technical issues to convey the essence to senior management and stakeholders and recommend solutions
•Four (4) year college degree |
