Description : |
| |
The system analyst will be responsible for the following functions:
• Maintenance of the QAI Data Mart and other agency databases.
• Timely development and production of routine and ad-hoc reports from several sources.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex system/process issues.
• Track defects and issues using an issue tracking application.
• Provide technical assistance to management, staff, external clients, and various stakeholders.
• Participate and/or facilitate meetings with stakeholders during all phases of the System Development Life Cycle.
• Coordinate the efforts of various groups to effectively maintain, develop, and operate computer based information systems.
• Coordinate efforts, define and execute test scripts for data migration activities.
• Maintain and schedule automated processes.
• Secure FTP Administration.
• Develop curriculum and provide training to existing and new employees.
• Provide support to team members to assist in identifying data sources, strategies for completing queries, and clarification of requestor needs.
