Description : |
| |
Conduct front-end needs analysis; job/task identification.
• Conduct performance gaps analysis to identify knowledge gaps then apply or recommend an intervention to bridge the gap.
• Select and recommend effective instructional methods per project required
• Partner with Quality Assurance, Team Leads and Trainers to identify training needs by program.
• Evaluate and design alternative training methods
• Work closely with internal clients to create and edit training materials.
• Measure the effectiveness of training.
• Communicate to Program Mangers project status and issues needing resolution.
• Conduct post-project analysis to determine the quality of implementation and provide feedback recommending training interventions.
