Need a top-notch Finishing Manufacturing & QA Engineer to assume responsibility for introduction of new finishing technology and processes and implementation of shared services and databases throughout our lab network.
Under minimal direction candidate will plan, organize and prioritize the maintenance and upkeep of assigned equipment and processes within the lab network and contract lab network, implement shared services and databases related to all assigned equipment and processes, perform testing and introduction of new technology and processes for the lab network and contract lab network, train and evaluate staff to achieve and maintain performance and quality standards, and will support, recommend and assist in cost reduction projects involving production machinery, production processes and maintenance
