•This is a versatile role providing technical delivery in the End Point Management (Desktop Management) service streams for Unisys.
•The EPM SME must effectively work with other technologists in our teams to execute our service strategies.
•This role often will interface with counterparts from our client businesses and our Account Management Teams, as well as with technology team members from our organization.
•This candidate will be called upon to help design and implement tooling platforms such as Microsoft SCCM 2012 and to implement our standard processes during the course of transitioning new outsourcing clients for Unisys.
•The candidate will also serve as a top tier support resource for evaluating and remediating complex technical challenges faced by our clients and technology teams.
•The End Point Management SME must be highly skilled administering and configuring Microsoft SCCM and utilizing it for software, patch, and operating system deployment.
•Candidate will also work extensively with Microsoft MDT in support of the image management work including creation of new images, and incorporation of new hardware into existing MDT images.
