•At least 5 years focused on developing process based applications using IBM BPM v 8.5
•Experience with Architecture, Design and Development of BPM Workflows
•Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with client, partner, and IT management and staff.
•Must have hands-on development, deployment experience with IBM-BPM and must have implemented at least 2-3 large/complex business processes
•Successful project development using Scrum or other Agile methodology.
•Very familiar with SQL, AJAX, SOA, JMS, design patterns, agile methodology.
•Comfortable collaborating with team members to better understand the business process, its key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and how to best implement the process |
