•Effectively leads project team and stakeholders to deliver high value business and system changes.
•Supports the identification and requisition of appropriate resources to build a team to meet the needs of the project.
•Effectively communicates with team members, sponsors, and stakeholders to create and maintain a high performing team.
•Facilitates the development and subsequent changes of scope among sponsors and stakeholders to maximize ROI and align with strategic goals.
•Facilitates the development and ongoing updates to plans to best meet the needs of the project.
•Manages and adapts to issues, risks and changes.
•Monitors and reports on progress toward project goals.
•Supports development of cost benefit analysis and return on investment forecasts and ensures actual results are tracked.
•Analyzes information to provide process improvement and recommend changes.
•Manages Agile methodology for online marketing development team.
