We are need some technical support for configuring and using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. We are implementing Dynamics SL as our ERP and have purchased the software to reside on our internal servers. However for the CRM software we decided to use the online version to the first year while we learn to use it and gain adoption amongst our staff. We are planning to purchase the software next year and bring it in-house.
Our current need is to configure the software for use and functionality as it appears that it will be our central information hub on customer activity. We also plan to use it for sales and campaign analysis, general informational messaging to our staff, and I have an interest in setting up business workflows. We are starting off with 5 initial users and will ramp up the rest of our staff as we gain further knowledge and experience in its functionality.
