) 5-7 years of ASP.NET/C# with MVC environment experience. The current systems are written in MVC4 design pattern, coded in c# and asp.net
2). 5+ years of Javascript along with experience in Javascript libraries such as jquery and Knockout js. Also Experience with javascript plugins such as jqgrid and CSS frameworks such as jqueryui and twitter bootstrap are a plus.
3). 3+ years of services experience, specifically with WCF (Must know Data Contracts and Service Contracts in WCF). Must understand SOAP/REST and authentication models.
60% of this work will be front end work using JQUERY, MVC, ASP.NET. as well as using other Javascript libraries such as jquery and Knockout js. The system that this person will be working on helps manage the booking data for all their travel customers. This system helps to troubleshoot and triage problems the customers inbound systems, the airlines, and all the other channels that are connected. Business users will use this software as well the call center/support agents. This system has a fairly sophisticated front end using jqueryUI and MVC3 and will be employing other javascript frameworks as appropriate. This system also has a fairly complex middle tier and backend comosed of rest and soap services, Rest API as well as WCF. The web services need to be interoperable because they may be exposed to java client or any language and they must be secure because they are carrying booking data The first 6 months will be mainly front end/UI focused work but will transition into more middle tier
