Strong experience in IT strategy and planning for business applications Hands-on experience with design and implementation of IT infrastructure
Strong verbal and written communication with proven skills in facilitating the design sessions
Able to communicate complex technical or architecture concepts in a simple manner and can adapt to different audiences
Able to influence, conceptualize, visualize and communicate the infrastructure architecture
Capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally to team members or users
Capable of working closely with team members or users with complex issues in a positive manner.
Act as technical liaison between hosting vendor and Company
Ability to take ownership over issues; take lead, manage, diffuse, and resolve
Ability to identify system and/or application issues and the ability to work with users and/or vendors if needed to resolve issues
