This person will help others understand the new system and will also need to "foster trust" from others.
-deal with a lot of information (from other countries included)
-figure out best way to deliver "local information" and be able to go in and check work.
-when GEO's get here for a workshop, make sure things work
- This is a "beta system"- new feature will come. There is a lot in theory still that is not tested and things will turn fast and have to keep up.
- Be humble if mistakes are called out.
This person will use localization experience for the GEO's. This person will need to gain an understanding of who the Tier 1, 2 and 3 countries are and learn things like China doest have music, movies, etc.. Understanding the matrix and learn it for different countries (especially major Tier 1's). They differ per country.
-This person will "brief editors" and other teams so being able to deliver presentations is very important
-This person will work with GEO Interactive Producers from Japan, Canada, EMEA, etc |
