Must Have: 8-9+ yrs of IT Exp with 4+ Yrs of SFDC Exp.
MUST Have Strong Experience in Support Case Scenarios - Interview will be based on this - Real time Scenarios. Must handle them individually and quickly.
The candidates we are looking for should have an experience in handling day to day salesforce.com operations and demonstrate experience in real life sfdc scenarios like trouble shooting, debugging, quick configuration changes, and with good communication skills , and they don't need to be a very good apex and vf developer though hands on in those areas helps for quick resolution
