Description : |
| |
Knowledge/experience with a broad base of experience in tools and technologies around PC and laptop support in an enterprise environment is required.
- Interacts with management, technical, and business users to understand the business and technical requirements of the organization regarding assigned work tasks
- Works in a collaborative manner with other team members to balance and address operational tasks, project work, and business requests
- Supports application lifecycle for centrally supported PC applications
- Coordinate projects as assigned
- Provides operational support for endpoint protection, encryption, client management, and other client-side computer management solutions
- Work with other Desktop Engineers and Sr Desktop Engineer to provide supported technical solutions in support of business requirements
- Assists in supporting the Client's VDI environment
- Ensuring appropriate documentation is in place for assigned responsibilities
