The Desktop Support and Infrastructure teams within the group manage all of the systems and services necessary to support the department.
We are seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support / Junior Systems Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure for Marcom, the role's focus will be a mix of desktop support and administration of Marcom's server and storage systems.
Person will help cover at least two buildings b/c of growth. It will morph into more Jr. Sys. Admin. work later so this person can bulid his or her career. There are new buildings coming on line in March, etc. as well so help is needed ongoing.
Technical support for all Marcom desktop systems, servers and related infrastructure
-High-level administration for systems (user management, permissions, etc.).
-Ongoing support for Marcom Staff , On-site vendors and contractors.
-Providing documentation and cross training for end users.
-Analysis and interpretation of requirements (from documents and through conversations) to arrive at technical solutions.
-Quantify the pros and cons, dependencies, and level of effort required for technical solutions |

Sr. level desktop with superb troubleshooting and research skills, OS10 experience as this is the bulk of the work, Adobe Suite experience and support it. They are on CS5 and going to CS6, which includes Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc., Able to lift up to 60 lbs. They have to move things around |
