| |
•Identifying and gathering client business needs, and working with the CUNY team to implement a well-thought out Academic Structure design
•Defining a sound conceptual solution design that takes into account user requirements and all touch points across the entire product suite. Working with the users and the technical team to design customizations, interfaces and reports
•Creating functional documentation including conceptual solution design documents, business process flows, procedural documentation, functional specifications, test scripts/scenarios and datasheets, and training documentation
•Assisting with mapping historical data, and creating conversion specifications, coordinating data validation and cleanup
•Leading sessions with end users to find solutions to address the gaps and document business processes/procedures/policies
•Designing and configuring the Student Records and Academic Structure modules. This includes all the configurations required to establish institutions/setids/business units within a multiple institution environment in a single database.
•Configuring the Student Financials module based on the current CUNY strategy for the implementation used for other CUNY campuses. This requires a strong knowledge of the tight integration between SF, SR, FA and GL modules.
•Working with CUNY team on functional testing, unit testing, system testing and end user acceptance testing
•Assisting with training users
