| |
•Consult with customers on business needs/goals for the development/implementation of web sites-web applications. Promote technologies like DAM
•Design, develop and maintain enterprise WXM templates, workflows. Promote reusability.
•Assist in recommending strategies on web platform upgrades and web site migrations.
•Develop processes that include best practices in architecture, release management, testing, quality assurance and administrative support. Assure all processes are properly documented, accurate and up-to-date. Help transition these processes to operations.
•Development lead/technical expert for the web content management and digital asset management systems.
•Recommend and suggest content production strategy for web presence (e.g. content metadata, taxonomy, user data privacy, usage metrics and SEO).
•Key Experiences & Attributes
•Good consultative experience on System Design – readily provide ideas/options for solutions
•Strong listening skills/demonstrated experience with internal customers at all levels of expertise.
•Extensive experience in a comparable role.
•Proficiencies with web Content Management technologies - specifically Adobe CQ (preferred) or other WCM platforms, NorthPlains.
•Good Working knowledge on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, JQuery and XML.
•Experience with Webtrends or other web metrics tools
•BA/BS degree
