The Portal Services Unit is seeking a consistently cheerful, confident, and highly skilled level 3 support analyst. A successful candidate will join a team of experienced web programmers. This position will help internal and external users of the Patient Online Services and Provider services product lines. Team members are expected to have extremely strong interpersonal communication skills. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation is required. Candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment and communicating effectively during difficult situations. When not directly supporting users (end-users, level 1 and level 2 support), this team member will document system functionality and write knowledgebase articles for level 1, level 2, and level 3 support teams. Previous experience in a software development support organization is highly desirable
