Preferably MBA - HR with 1 to 2 years of experience in US recruiting.
Very good written & verbal communication
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to collaborate with distributed teams
Ability to independently managed & coordinated with the hiring managers.
Ability to understand the US recruiting process.
Ability to understand different visa & work permit criteria.
Strong understanding of the geography & time zones in the US.
Strong understanding of most of the job boards in the US for sourcing & posting.
Strong experience on extensive reporting & metrics to generate daily, weekly & quarterly MIS reports. |
