Provides day to day support on Genesys changes and issues.
Supports project implementation related to Genesys products.
Genesys products include CME administration, Genesys SIP Server 7.6 and 8.1, GVP, Routing strategy changes using IRD, Interaction Workspace, CCPulse, Interactive Insights, knowledge with integration (GPlus adapters) of other products as well as product knowledge - Aspect, Verint, Inova, VHT and Hammer tools.
