| |
Minimum 6-10 years experience as a DB developer in Oracle 10g/11g environment as Senior Developer on large application development projects.
• 5- 7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling & Conceptual Modeling, Logical modeling, Entity relationship diagrams.
• Experience in Unix/Linux Shell scripting and Windows batch scripts, FTP and SFTP protocols and data transfer processes.
• Experience in data modeling – using any industry standard data modeling tool.
• Must have strong Oracle DB and PL/SQL application development skills and excellent knowledge of Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Views, Materialized View, Cursors, FGAC, Flash back and XML features and writing complex SQL queries.
• Tune SQL & Database by creating/using indexes, hints, analyzing the plans, materialized views, restructuring queries.
• Knowledge about XML technologies, XML and XSD file structures and development of XML files using industry standard tools like Altova, Oracle and Informatica. (Desirable)
• Knowledge and familiarity about the DBA activities is a plus.
• Good understanding of ETL client tools must be able to understand ETL mappings using Informatica/ Oracle. Development experience is a plus
• Good Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL methodologies is preferred
• Strong problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum very desirable |
