| |
Work together with the executive team to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to
deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
* Lead architectural aspects of our web application solutions to ensure consistency, quality, architectural integrity, scalability, and availability.
* Assist in the design, development, and debugging of software products and services with a focus on ASP.NET, associated web technologies, and Microsoft SQL Database.
* Participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using scrum and other agile methodologies.
* Manage both on-shore as well as off-shore development teams.
* Develop software solutions using industry best practices and in the area of security and protecting PHI information. HIPAA knowledge is a plus.
* Participate in development process improvements of our continuous integrations services.
* Investigate and integrate advances in software engineering technology and practices into the overall development process; these areas should include, but are not limited to
programming languages, relational database systems, application frameworks, software processes, software automation, and system optimization / scaling.
* Identifies new technologies that will benefit short and long term department goals.
* Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues
