Important Note: It is a lead position for the new internet sites we are developing. The client does not require development skills, but someone who has worked in software development and who understands the process is required. The client does NOT want a developer or analyst who is now labelled a Project Manager in an attempt to get this position. This position requires someone who is seasoned at this role and has demonstrated success before.
Skills/Experience: - 10+ years of related work experience. - 10+ years' experience managing large, complex, multi- million dollar projects - 7 years of cross functional PM experience and project planning. - Demonstrated Agile/Scrum work experience. - Expertise in Project Management methodologies, tools and techniques (SDLC and Agile). - Expert-level understanding of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle. - Previous experience with leading systems integration and defect management efforts. - Ability to develop and maintain complex project plans spanning multiple organizations. - Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to bridge / facilitate / report efforts between technical and business teams via meetings, status reports, resource management. - Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills; ensure assigned activities are managed in-line with business priorities. - Highly motivated individual demonstrating integrity, initiative and innovation qualities
