| |
As UI/Java Engineer you will work as part of a team responsible for actively participating in driving product development and strategy. As part of the Research and Development function, the overall focus of the group is on competitive market and customer requirements, technology advances, product quality, product cost and time-to-market. Software engineers focus on enhancements to existing products as well as new product development
Requirements:
• Proficiency with CSS, HTML and JavaScript, Java, J2EE
• JavaScript – Backbone, Angular, Marionette, jQuery, Underscore, RequireJS
• Visualization - Highcharts, D3 or any other data visualization a huge plus
• Testing Frameworks – Jasmine, Mocha
• Web Frameworks – Spring
• Ant/GIT/Maven/Jboss
• Open Source / Collaborative Environment
• Design Patterns
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Commercial Product Development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.
• Creative approach to problem solving
