Description : |
| |
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
2. One (1) to three (3) years of information security experience.
3. One of the following certifications preferred: CISSP, SANS GIAC, CCNA Security, CCSP, or CCIE Security.
4. Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with:
a. Network; operating systems; database; and application security concepts, methodologies and technologies.
b. Identity and access management concepts, methodologies and technologies.
c. Security monitoring and vulnerability management concepts, methodologies and technologies.
d. Incident management and response concepts and methodologies.
5. Strong working knowledge of a wide range of Information Security concepts, methodologies and technologies including but not limited to virtual private networks; routers, switches, firewalls; ISA’s; intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/ IPS); content filtering, anti-spam and anti-virus appliances and software; encryption/authentication; and vulnerability scanning.
