| |
As a Senior Finance Project Manager you are responsible for the Commission Accounting program management of commission system for consistent and accurate pay, maintain proper compliance and controls of TrueComp, the sole source of commission payments. Partner and collaborate with Sales Operations and Development IT to ensure that Comp design and integration are coordinated therebycomp plan attributes and commissionable data are correctly programmed in TC for credit assignment, commission calculation and payments. You will develop, deliver and communicate training materials for changes impacting comp plan design, calculation, field facing commission reports, analytical reporting tools and business process changes. This position will report directly into the Senior Manager, Global Commission Accounting Manager and will partner closely with cross functional leaders.
