Responsibilities:
- Handling the profile of Engagement Manager along with the Delivery Manager.
- Ensure Projects management & service delivery for the assignments.
- Engage well with the clients and build relationships with the client to garner more business.
Desired Profile
Education & Experience
- Graduate in Science / Engineering / Technology.
- Total Experience of 11-13 years / Relevant Experience of 8+ years.
Domain Knowledge
- Data warehousing, Finance & Sales
- Technology aspect (as such the skills used are Oracle Pl/Sql, BO, ETLs, OSA/ OFA, MS-OLAP.
- Business Development BI
- OLAP ? Project Coordination
- Good process knowledge and awareness
- Exposure to support processes as in helpdesks.
- Earlier exposure to FMCG environment or clients.
- Excellent communication and people interfacing skills.
