4 + years experience administering SQL Server 2008 and 2012 databases
-4 + years experience creating and maintaining database designs using Erwin
-2 + years experience with query plan analysis and SQL Profiler
-4 + Strong T-SQL experience in writing database code (Queries, procedures, functions etc.)
-2 + Years experience with backups, maintenance plans and SQL Server DMV's
-2 + Good experience with trouble shooting DB problems, Automation
-2 + Solid understanding of SQL Server Clustering configuration Including AlwaysOn
-2 + Experience with database virtualization on top of VM Ware
