Description : |
| |
•Responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, and designs.
•Ensure communication and application of initiative and enterprise architecture principles
•Coordinate common areas of design, development and testing across initiative programs and projects
•Coordinate and support the implementation of core services across the initiative programs and projects
•Interface with other segment architecture groups to ensure successful technology implementation across the entire organization
•Contribute on program level systems & data exchange designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture
•Assist with the development of interagency and inter organizational systems and data sharing initiatives
•Assist with the development and completion of appropriate integrations and information sharing documentation
•Assist programs and projects to assess and specify hardware infrastructure, hosting and networking needs
•Optimize operating system for high performance multi-threaded applications that require high CPU and network usage and shall diagnose and triage issues with such systems in a VA environment.
•Experience with solution design support and documentation for project planning, initiation, development, and release to include:
•Preparing working drafts of general and detailed design specifications
•Preparing system design documents
•Preparing service specification packages
•Drafting technical descriptions
