Description : |
|
•Receiving trouble ticket calls and emails from customers, opening tickets with Telco vendors
•Work trouble tickets to resolve issues
•Following up with customers and vendors to ensure the fastest possible resolution
•Providing high quality email, DNS and web site technical support
•Datacenter monitoring including but not limited to temperature, humidity, equipment alarms, core device status, and UPS/Generator health
•Monitoring and Troubleshooting backbone and customer networks including; Frame Relay, MPLS, Dedicated Fiber Lines, Transport, Metro Ethernet, and On-net connectivity
•Remote hands services for colocation customers
•Perform remote hands services for Colocation customers
•Voice over IP support
•Configuration, Shipment and Installation of outers/Firewalls/Switches
