| |
•Supervise and Manage NETIQ activities including creating scrips and reports to provide the health of IT environment. , automate routine task, develop improvements to performance and availability of IT resources for our customers and technician sin a 24/7/364 environment.
•Provide Adhoc reports and make recommendations to government.
•Provide daily communication and coordination with Program Manager, Operations Manager , Enterprise Architect and Security personnel to ensure proper technical support, data center operations, and to minimize operation downtime. Manage multi tasks and ability to provide feedback on status so customers and management can review.
•Coordinates projects which require installation of network equipment, hardware and software.
•Provide oversight to all data center group leads in order to support the customer data communications, server, and applications support environment. Train staff as need.
•Manage the development, maintenance and growth of IT Support Services Standard Operating Procedures and NETIQ System.
•Provide guidance and technical support when needed
•Boost morale by initiating cross training across all data center teams.
•Ensure customer needs are met in a courteous and professional manner.
•Maintain, update and report call tracking and resolution metrics monthly to senior management. Make recommendations as needed to optimize help desk call tracking system.
•Work in IT technical environment

Required : |
| |
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
•PMP Certification with 5 yrs experience
•NETIQ Sentinel, Applications Manager and Operations Center, experience in creating, modify and develop reports, rules and tasks.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in the NetIQ environment and Microsoft Active Directory
•Some understanding of Life Cycle management of IT equipment
•Remedy ticketing system
