5+ years prior work experience in risk management or targeted marketing in a financial services environment
Demonstrated understanding of the credit life cycle to include underwriting approval processes, customer management, collections, recovery and liquidations
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
Experience in developing analysis to support and advance the business
Knowledge and experience working with custom credit scoring models
Strong SAS skills, preferably both Unix and PC
Strong SQL and database skills
Experience with scorecard building software such as FICOs "Scorecard Professional" or "Model Builder;" SASs "Enterprise Miner;" or Angoss's tools
