Description : |
| |
•Owns the Sales Incentive Compensation System and payroll process, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal processes
•Create models and analytics to support decision making for various projects, including compensation plan design
•Respond to escalated field leadership and sales rep questions regarding compensation and incentives
•Create workflows to verify that system interfaces are working properly, and that data ties out between systems
•Manage the design, automation, and production of sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
•Create SQL queries to retrieve data from corporate data sources
•Design and automate QA processes to ensure data and reporting accuracy, consistency and completeness
•Identify process improvement needs and develop ideas for implementation across the department or sales force
•Analyze data and reports to proactively identify trends and make recommendations to leadership
•Track results of new programs and other growth initiatives
•Respond to field leadership's requests for information and ensure that reports meet their needs
•Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
