•Function in an IT Operations Role Incidents Response, Defect Correction, Rotational On-Call Support, Small Enhancements, etc…
•Interest in Developing an Understanding of the Business
•Requires BPM development across multiple versions of IBM BPM platform
•WebSphere Process Server Coding, Design, Administration and Configuration – Version 7 or Better
•WebSphere Business Integration technologies- WESB (WPS and Broker), WAS and WID 7.0 & 7.5 (implementing SCA modules, MQ export etc.).
•Development experience in XSLT, XML, WSDL, as well as WESB, WID
•BPM 8.5 Advanced Edition in production environment
•WebSphere BPM 8.5 Ideally, 8.0 may be acceptable
•BPM - BPD, Coaches, Dashboards (customization)
•WebSphere Message Broker Development - Version 7 or later
•WebSphere MQ Development - Version 7 or later
•Proficient in SOA architecture and standards
•Knowledge of Oracle databases
•Knowledge of SQL Server databases
•SQL - Querying Capabilities
•Use of Subversion for Source Code Control
•Good Unix and Windows skills |
