Description : |
| |
1.7+ years of project management experience including large, complex, enterprise-wide and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
2.Minimum of 5 years of Business Intelligence Project Management experience.
3.Experience with Data Governance, Meta Data and strong knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting solutions.
4.Experience with stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills.
5.Solid understanding of software development and test methodologies.
6.Proficient knowledge of key IT operations process areas such as change management, configuration management, release management, incident management, problem management and request management.
7.Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9.PMI or other business process certification preferred.
10.Healthcare industry experience preferred.
11.Degree or equivalent experience.
12.Effectively navigate in a highly matrixed organization.
13.Advanced knowledge with Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
