Identify, lead and drive medium to large scale, complex projects to deliver significant operational productivity improvement and enhance operating earnings within and across businesses and functions with an emphasis on strategic business initiatives.
* Develop, maintain and present performance management and operational intelligence information to focus improvement efforts towards opportunities of greatest impact to Pekin Insurance. Analyze both failures and successes to identify opportunities to significantly elevate Pekin's competitive positioning and value proposition.
* Establish process performance dashboards while achieving alignment with key business drivers. Track effectiveness of implemented process improvements and gain consensus to any needed course corrections
* Lead Business Analysts, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation. Develop work plans and goals, including allocation of Business Analyst resources. Drive improvements in employee engagement survey results.
* Capture voice of business and voice of customer from senior leadership, business directors, and clients to align process improvement efforts and ensure synergy in the support of strategic plans
