| |
Installation of branch servers with help of Support Engineer which includes configuring Raid arrays, OS with Active directory, publishing server as GC and configuring MSMQ, SQL 2K Server, Service Pack, Anti Virus, application server installation and configuration.
? Providing online support to bank users in 24x7 Support winthin tight SLA for retail banking problem which includes ac opening, Atm, Chq book, fund transfer, Cash transactions, Clearing, DD/TT/MC, IPO/OPO related issues.
? Configuring SQL agent for SQL Mail, scheduling backups, managing jobs and creating alerts.
? SQL Server responsibilities include back up and restore databases, Configure Replication, and using Profiler & Query Analyser to troubleshoot production issues.
? Upgradation of branch servers (Hardware) from HP LH4r to HP DL380 for more than 50 branches without affecting business .
?Branch data archival activity on all SQL Servers
?Co-ordination with vendor for timely delivery of fixes, testing of fix in UAT before deployment in production, getting sign off from business
? Work closely with Support Engineers to configure RAID arrays, partition hard disks, replace failed hardware and troubleshoot network issues on SQL servers |
