Proven Expertise in Business Process Analysis, Design and Configuration with Oracle Applications ERP, performing in-depth analysis and working closely with developers and end-users during the design/development.
Exceptional at breaking down business needs and IT initiatives (strategies) into tactical plans and processes to achieve aggressive business goals.Expertise in analyzing business needs, evaluating end-user requirements, and custom designing solutions to complex human resources and payroll management infrastructure. Proficient in all Oracle HRMS Modules
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills coupled with good personality. Ability to lead a team. Ability to think analytically and logically.
Experience in full cycle Implementations and Production support projects for the HRMS (HCM) modules.
Quick study, with an ability to easily grasp and implement new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies. Dedicated, innovative and self-motivated team player/builder.
