Job Description:
* Minimum of 7 to 10 years overall experience as a Project Manager, including experience managing an ICD-9 / ICD-10 compliance
conversion initiative.
* Solid knowledge of ICD-9/10 a must!
* Ability to build and manage a team of people in order to effectively manage a project and ensure its' success.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional capacity.
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently; and ability to deliver all projects successfully and within budget.
* Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management, and influence key stakeholders in
order to get things done!
* Strong leadership, assertiveness and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic and has the political savvy to get things done, yet maintain a likeable presence.
* PMP certification is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree is required.
