| |
Standards Maintenance Works with Director, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Test Architect to develop, implement, audit, and maintain enterprise performance engineering standards assuring all service / operating level deliverables are in compliance with these standards.
Test Type Planning Develops end to end Performance Test Plans per cycle including scope definition, objective definition, risks, assumptions, issues, KPI / SLA / OLA analysis, test strategy, tools / injectors, monitoring / indicators, environments, deliverables, milestones, roles / responsibilities, and test management according to service standards.
Teaming Maintains, analyzes, and tests contractual SLA and OLA inventories, environments, load schedule inventories, and risk discovery for the team. Coordinates, facilitates, and provides guidance on / during internal performance execution, end to end testing execution, and release management during test execution.
Test Execution and Reporting Prepare test data for batch and real-time applications. Test batch and web-based application software. Evaluate actual results, prepare defect documentation, and coordinate modifications with developers. Ensure that applications produce accurate output and that standard quality assurance steps are followed. Responsible to facilitate and complete day to day test execution and defect management and report outcome daily on the Status Report Tool. Responsible to ensure test team execution goals are met. Responsible to manage, compile, maintain, and report content for the Project Risk, Action Item, Issue, Decision, and Change Log as required for testing type activities. Monitor status to ensure deadlines are met. Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Test Manager |
