Assists in evaluations, architectural planning, and solution definition in portals technology domain. Works with Enterprise and Solution Architects to translate business strategy into both firm requirements and conceptual architecture.
* Recommends architecture direction for new initiatives and provides guidance to project teams.
* Maintains in-depth up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends, etc., for portal technology domain.
* Shares knowledge of Web Sphere portal and service integration/best practices across the enterprise. Develops and executes a communication plan for new standards, stated directions, guidelines, etc., as required.
