General Summary: This is a predominately client facing position that serves as an expert resource to Midas+ Clients in the use of CDSS products and services. The incumbent will serve as a principal resource to clients in the areas of training, coaching and clinical support to clients in the interpretation of legacy Core Measures, comparative data reports, and the resolution of data quality issues. The ideal incumbent will also serve as a resource for training, coaching and clinical support to clients in the interpretation of hospital Clinical Quality Measures, also known as eMeasures. A strong background in clinical informatics and understanding of hospital electronic health record data is desired. The incumbent will also review and synthesize regulatory updates that impact core measures and hospital Clinical Quality Measures (eMeasures). An emphasis on client education and coaching is a component of this role and may include participation in eMeasure user calls or Webinars or other client facing presentations. Additional duties may include identification, creation, and editing of supporting documentation content necessary to develop and support CDSS products, including white papers and other tools used by internal and external clients. This position may be conducted remotely following successful completion of orientation |
