B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (Accounting experience or background preferred).
6-8 years' experience with Oracle Financial Applications required, specifically PTP - Procurement to Payables (PtP) processes. Must know setups for modules as well as underlying tables.
Proven professional with customer support service experience required
Significant experience gained in a large dynamic, international and customer focused environment.
Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Application System Administration. This includes, user security- (user adds, responsibilities, menus, functions, etc...), profile management, printer management, and concurrent manager maintenance.
Experience in Oracle implementation and application management.
Adaptable and with intellectual agility to thrive in a demanding, fast moving and customer focused environment.
Experience within the travel and leisure industry desired.
