| |
Ability to take requirements such as # of concurrent users, transactions, demand, growth and logical architecture
Ability to create a requirements traceability matrix to map requirements to the technical component of the solution architecture.
Experience with Shared Services Architecture, Multi-tenancy, Utility Computing pricing models, professional services practice development is a plus.
Ability to see the ‘big picture’ and effect of infrastructure architecture on other areas such as managed services, system management tools, service management –service catalogs, processes, technical skills of people etc
Ability to manage large infrastructure migration and consolidation projects
Understanding of typical IT landscapes such as Development, Test, QA, Production and DR
Expertise on at least two OS Platforms (Windows/Solaris /Linux / AIX etc )
