• 4– 7 years of demonstrated expertise in Siebel/Siebel UCM (7.x & 8.x)
• Expert level proficiency in Siebel Configuration (Business Components, Business Services, Views, Applets, etc…) and eScript
• Expertise in Siebel EAI (http/s web services), EIM and Workflow
• Expertise in the underlying Siebel (PARTY) data model
• Experience in Oracle Data Quality / Informatica IRR a plus
• Previous development lead experience a plus
• Telco industry experience
• Previous end-to-end software delivery lifecycle experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
