Working knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies to meet project goals ensure process compliance and mentor team.
Knowledge of best practices / tools / techniques/templates in all life cycle stages in package implementation.
Has in depth understanding of different processes / constituents and best practices of Project Management in order to find proactive solutions for complex situations and execute multiple complex / critical projects.
Understanding of end to end business/functional processes within PS HRMS in order to be able to translate business requirements to system requirements and perform impact analysis of changes in requirements
Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to anticipate customer needs ,provides inputs for solutioning.
Strong Ability to develop / groom a team of software engineers and technology analysts for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility. Self starter
