Subject matter expertise in SharePoint Technology, and SQL Server
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record and experience delivering/building SharePoint administration or engineering
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong technical acumen
• Ability to understand and resolve technical, staff, and process issues excellently
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality SharePoint services
• Play a key role in shaping the direction of SharePoint technology and implementation
• Operate and improve services in accordance with business needs, priorities, and SLAs
• Diagnose, resolve, and communicate issues to the business and other technologists
• Resolution of incidents as a hands-on expert
• Adhere to and improve processes, policies, and procedures
• Adhere to and promote all Bridgewater management principles and practices
• Mitigate risks to the service and ensure service availability
• Validation and implementation of technology development work
• Ongoing management and maintenance of the SharePoint environment
• Ensure the technology infrastructure is managed to fulfill business needs through ongoing maintenance and support
• Be able to work with tightly secured environments while continuing to improve SharePoint security models
