| |
7+ years IT infrastructure experience
• 5+ years experience supporting a mixed storage environment for UNIX/LINUX systems
• 2+ yrs experience with IBM Storage Volume Controller configuration and operations
• 2 + yrs experience supporting a SAN environment
• Experience managing data in a multi tiered environment including; backup & recovery processes, retention schedules, and vaulting techniques.
• Experience implementing and maintaining EMC and IBM disk management and data replication tools including TPC-R, Global Mirroring, Flash Copy, SRDF and Time Finder.
• Experience defining and developing an enterprise storage technology roadmap
• Familiar with IBM and EMC Enterprise class storage arrays
• The ability to create scripts to automate data replication and data storage processes.
• The ability to articulate business and technical concepts and solutions to a wide range of audiences.
