Supports the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company
- Develops resource plan for team, including utilization, capacity and capabilities.
- Develops technology plans for specific technology areas, including resource utilization, capacity, budgets and capabilities.
- Participates in budgeting and budget management for the unit and for projects.
- Leads and participates as a mentor and/or project team member in design, specification, development and test phases of projects.
- Leads team in participation in planning activities for conceptual designs and models, and feasibility assessments.
- Manages and develops a skilled team with thorough knowledge of technologies and services, and ensures that work is done in accordance with established standards.
- May support systems development with user services, including problem resolution and ensuring delivery of expected performance and availability |
