Description of Deliverables:
The Software Application Tester will share joint responsibility with SQA to own the testing requirements. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Adhere to the project schedules
• Thoroughly read and understand the business requirements/functional specifications for the project (Clarify ambiguous specifications with project team)
• Develop Test Plans as necessary (Strategy of how to execute the test cases)
• Develop Test Cases (the test scenarios) and Data Sets
• Execute Test Cases
• Document Test Results
• Log incidents
• Assist the project team in dispositioning the incidents
• Perform follow-up activities such as:
• Edit test cases as necessary;
• Re-test as necessary;
• Update testing documentation as necessary;
